Samastithi ( Equal Standing )

Samastithi:

Stand straight. Balance your body
 weight on both feet equally.

     -  Starting position for all Asanas.
     -  Back erect.
     -  Feet together
     -  Eyes open
     -  Arms by the side
     -  Shoulders relax
     -  Chin slighlty down



Classification:

     -  Samastithi ( Balancing )
     -  Symmetrical
     -  Standing
     -  Stay
