Vajrasana ( Diamond Posture )

Vajrasana:

 Kneel down an sit on your heels.
      -  Feet together
      -  Heels, Knees together
      -  Back Straight and palms on your knees
      -  Toes are turned out
      -  Eyes closed
      -  Chin down
     
 Classification:
      -  Kneeling
      -  Symmetrical
      -  Samastithi
